I’ve lived in Ruidoso New Mexico for about 7 years now. I’m married with a 14 year old daughter and 2 year old son. Currently working from home which makes my job amazing. I’m also a Cosmetologist and cut hair on the side. Definitely spend all my free time playing disc golf with my family and friends.

Everett Brophy - CEO 

As the CEO of this company, I bring decades of hands-on experience in the construction, building, and trades industries to every project we undertake. I have spent nearly ten years serving as a commercial, residential, and industrial building inspector, giving me a deep understanding of safety standards, structural integrity, and responsible development. That background informs the way I run my business — with accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Beyond my professional work, I am deeply invested in our community and donate significant time to local causes, organizations, and initiatives that make our village a better place to live. I am currently pursuing a role as Village Councilor because I care about responsible growth, strong community values, and ensuring a positive future for our area.

Outside of work and public service, I’m an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys everything our region has to offer. I have a passion for classic cars, value good times with friends, and cherish time spent with my dogs and my wife — who are at the center of my life.

I believe in hard work, integrity, and service — both in business and in the community I call home.
